how To deal with heartbreak and still maintain poise

We all have gone through heartbreaks.i bet all of us have gone through heartbreaks and if u have gone through heartbreaks then one day you will face such kind of situation.Ending a relationship is hard, whether it was your decision or the other person’s decision. You may be dealing with painful emotions and want to deal with those feelings as quickly as possible. There are several ways that you can work through your painful emotions and start to move on, such as writing about your feelings, allowing yourself to grieve, and being cautious about rebound relationships. Keep in mind that getting over a breakup takes time and patience. If things don’t seem to get better with time, remember that you can always turn to friends, family, or even a mental health professional for support.Breakups are really difficult especially when you are emotionally attached with someone .you will find yourself in a situation in which you can stop thinking about that person.once i knew a person and i fell for him.eventually things turned out to be ugly.i am going to your agony aunt and tell you how to deal with breakups and still maintain Your can try the following things
1)try not to think about him:just accept the truth its your head that messed you are temporarily off balance and your distress is due to brain is mistake to heed the voice inside your head that urges you to seek him out.that voice comes from fear and insecurity and isnt the best of you.engage yourself in different activities you can also try the following things:
*meeting new people
*act like Kristen Stewart (hahahhaha u should try that coz its easy to act like her)
*make new friends
*wear John Lennon shades
* go clubbing

Get a makeover:A makeover will make  you feel hot and good it will make you feel better about yourself .Just get it right or else you will end up looking FUgly like M

Distance yourself from him/her : IF you seek contact with him,it will not bring relief ,it only brings shame.Being  close to him is like picking of a scab and make it bleed

Deal with your anger. Feelings of anger occur when we feel we have been wronged or there has been unfair treatment. In a situation where you will not contact your ex-partner, the best way to deal with anger alone is to justchill

Try making a list of all of the things your ex did that you did not like. For example, maybe your ex often burped loudly after dinner, or made plans without you, or forgot your birthday. List every little thing that bothered you about your ex.
